Hydrovane HV22 Vertical Air Compressors provide a high quality, reliable and compact compressed air solution. Its vertical design allows the compressor to benefit from the smallest footprint in its kW range.
Hydrovane compressors are very easy to maintain, delivering quick, cost effective compressor servicing and as little downtime as possible.
The “Super Soft” start on the HV22 range, combined with its low operating speed motor, extends the life of many internal compressor parts, meaning longer service intervals compared to some rival compressors.
With noise levels as low as 71 dB(A), you can reduce installation costs with the Hydrovane HV22 by being able to locate the compressor near to personnel or equipment without health and safety issues.
Hydrovane compressed air is clean, dry and pulse free straight from the outlet, with no receiver required as standard.
Oil carry over from the HV22 is typically less than 3 ppm and the direct drive means no belts or pulleys or couplings, nothing to fail, nothing to change. You benefit from 100% drive efficiency, 100% of the time.
The HV22 is also available in a variable speed model. The HV22RS compressor has the same great features as the HV22 but can achieve greater energy savings by accurately matching your compressed air demand.

Slow speed direct drive operation coupled with few moving parts means less components to fail and no power loss through belts or gears. Maintenance costs are reduced by the simple construction and grouped service components; spin-off / spin-on separator and filter elements further simplify maintenance and decrease the time required for routine service. The Reduced Energy Venting System (REVS) provides energy savings. This system supplies a low starting current and reduced off load power to 25% by rapidly venting internal pressure. Additionally, receiver and refrigerant dryer options are available on the HV 4 to 22 kW (5.5 to 30 hp) models, for a complete plug and play Hypac. Energy saving Regulated Speed (RS) models are available from 7 to 45 kW (10 to 60 hp). An industry leading Advance 10 year extended warranty is available on all Hydrovane standard products (Unless specified).
